At La’Banj, we want you to love every purchase you make. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a straightforward return process for eligible items.

 

Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging intact. We cannot accept returns on items that have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery.

 

Return Window
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Please ensure your request is made within this timeframe to be eligible.

 

How to Start a Return
Email us at support@labanj.com with your order number and reason for the return.

We will provide you with instructions on how to send your items back to us.

 

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund within 5 to 10 business days. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return to ensure safe delivery.

 

Exchanges
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original purchase and place a new order.

Order Cancellation Window

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund. To request a cancellation, please email us at support@labanj.com with:

• Your order number

•  The reason for cancellation

 

Orders Already Processed

Once an order has been processed, prepared for shipment, or shipped, it can no longer be canceled. If you no longer wish to keep the item after receiving it, you may initiate a return in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

 

Limited Edition, Pre-Order & Made-to-Order Items

Orders for:

• Limited edition pieces

• Personalized/customized items

• Pre-Order & Made-to-order products

are final sale and cannot be canceled once confirmed.

 

Refund Timing for Canceled Orders

Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

 

Fraud Prevention

La’Banj reserves the right to refuse cancellations or orders suspected of fraudulent activity, abuse, or unauthorized transactions.
